Privacy Policy

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive approach on personal data protection. As a small business I will list in as much detail as possible into how I collate your information to ensure your data you’ve provided to me is secure and protected.

Your personal data is required to enable me to communicate with you and discuss your sessions. I will need to collect your details such as your name, address, number and e-mail address. The information is currently collected by myself and stored via e-mail and on my secure online gallery page. These are only stored if you’ve booked a session with me. This online platform is also where the images from your session are stored for you to see and purchase, however these images will be deleted after 4 weeks. I do save a copy of your sessions for up to five years on a secure password protected hard drive.

My contact page on this website links to my email address. I will only collect your data once a booking has been made.

I do love to feature all my amazing clients on my website, facebook and Instagram pages. However I will ensure to ask your permission first before I use the images.

I will not pass on your details to any other third party organisation . All details are collected as stated above. I will soon be organising a subscribing service via e-mail to enable my existing and new customers the option to be the first to know of any special offers and discounts.

Terms and Conditions

To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session is required. The remaining balance is required the day before sessions. Goods will not be delivered until payment is complete.

24 hours notice is required to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours the non-refundable deposit is lost and your will need book to start payments again.

I accept cash, PayPal and bank transfer, please let me know which forms of payments you’d like to use when booking.

Please arrive on time, as I may have sessions booked before or after.

I only book in one session a day for newborns as this can take 3-4 hours. I will allocated a date initially for your newborn session on the basis this will change. I will ensure to keep in contact with yourself and keep dates free around your due date.

The delivery of your images can take up to 3 weeks. You will be notified by e-mail when ready and sent a link to your online gallery. You will be able to download the agreed amount of images with the option to purchase more.
